Join McNally Jackson at Elizabeth Street Garden for the final reading this season of our exciting Poetry in the Garden series. This wonderful event is on alternating Sundays, biweekly, set in the idyllic ESG, located on Elizabeth Street between Spring and Prince Streets. We'd love you to join us, as a poet or audience member. For each reading, we ask poets to submit work connected to the current theme. For October 6th, the theme is "emergence." To submit two to three poems for reading on Sunday, October 6th, send poetry submissions to art@elizabethstreetgarden.com. For the theme of "emergence," poets will be informed on Saturday, October 5th, or sooner, if they've been selected to read.
Note: In order to be fair, please don't plan on being a "walk-on" reader without submitting your work. For now, we have so many incredible submissions we ask that each poet limit their reading time to two or three minutes (although we hate to do so). We encourage poets to share their social media information so the audience can discover more of their work.
